Flu Bug - Tis the Season

Sorry I've been away...it's that time of year where it's just one bug after another. Now that I'm a mom of 3 I really have gotten a good grasp of the term "walking germ factory" So just for the season I'm going to post this fun little card. The main body of our little bug is made out of C-122 Aster Flower Top. Just ink and stamp it several times in a lime ink pad. To add the little details to the bug draw the legs, feelers, mouth curl, and extra body lines with a fine line pen. I like to use a Fine Lin Pilot Precise Pen. The friend bug added is the B-72 Phooey Bug (colored in with Tombow Watercolor Markers). The saying is D-95 but and thinking of you kind of saying will work. Add a few fun extras using AAA-04 Dots and AAA-219 Hello Stubbies and the AA-23 Snowflake Stick. This is a fun little card to make but I hope that nobody has to use it!

  4. Hello Heather, it was so good to see you at the Allentown show! I have a quick question, what kind of black pen do you use to do the swirly lines on your cards. Your mom told us but being so absent minded I forgot to write it down. Thank you and can't wait to see you at the next show!

  5. Hi Heather,
I you met me at the Madison WI show last month! I had never seen your stamps before the show and I must tell you I love them! I framed the little crab that you made and signed for me!
Thanks for your marvelous creative mind, and your kind heart!
